Run Coordinator Report by Lynn Carnihan:
April 1st First ride of the year meet at Brookston School ride to Delphi stop at Grammm’s.
May 17th ride to Munster Memorial start at post 492 stopping at Reynolds School on 24 to 41 to Memorial $5.00 donation and 50/50 at memorial. Will have more info at April 8th meeting.
Knightstown Kids ride July 13th meet at armory on Maple St. will have more details next meeting.
Discussion to do a run for White Co for Special Education. Will keep us posted on details.
Discussion April 25th Post 492 Frog Legs and Shrimp dinner 5 to 7 pm. February the executive board approved. Left over shrimp can be sold or raffled. Frog legs 2-4 per pound. Shrimp 16 to 20 per pound. Shrimp cost about a quarter each.
May 10th Shelbyville Post 70 Ride will post flyer.
Saturday May 17th Ride for Salute our troops will post flyer.
Tuesday April 8th next meeting.
Engraving on Rock should be done this week. Approximent cost of engraving $200. to $250 due upon completion.
May 17the Ride to memorial in Munster. Amvet Riders will be staging at 8:00 at Amvets Post 91 Monticello kick stands up 9:30 am will send information by next meeting.
For the good of the order:
At this time we have no Veterans Council liaison. DAV must replace their van. DAV will start fundraiser to help with purchase of the van. For a $1000.00 donation you can have you info. on the side of the van. Next meeting Thursday March 20th.
After Jan 1st only .30cent tax per year instead of $10.00 per plate.
